How do we do that?
Technology. Supreme Cable uses the latest technologies for companies such as Schleuniger, AMP, Olympic, Cirris and Branson. Inventory management, precision measurement, cutting, crimping, soldering, testing, packaging and distribution.
Leading process systems. Supreme Cable employs a U-shaped, one-piece flow, lean manufacturing cell system to achieve high productivity as well as maximum space efficiency.
Materials management. Kanban, pull signal systems, JIT (just in time), inventory pull systems, scheduled production releases, safety stock (raw component and/or finished goods) utilized for customers, as needed.
Skilled workforce. Production staff are IPC 620 certified ensuring excellent workmanship, as well as, UL, CSA, FDA, RoHS and mil spec compliance. Supreme Cable provides a great work environment and training for all employees. Turnover is lower then industry average which means quality and reliability for our customers.
Production capacity. Supreme Cable currently has the capacity to produce in mass from 10's to 100's of thousands of units in scheduled runs. We also have the available production and space that allows us to expand to meet customer need.
